Pandora Cubes

This all started out as a way to give the people of New York City some love in a beautiful container, all made from materials provided by the city itself. The Metrocard has been the staple of NYC transit since 1993 and huge part of my life since as long as I could remember. The metrocard became my pass to a world of art and culture I wouldn’t have been able to find without it. With this project, I am now able to pay those experience forward with uniquely painted Cubes made out of recycled metrocards accompanied by a brief message of motivation & love.

Each Pandora Cube is handmade from 6 Recycled New York City MTA Metrocards that are folded and interlocked into shape of a cube, it then is spray painted with high quality acrylic paint and left to fully dry & cure for 48 hours to give it its beautiful stylistic finish.
